Donation Policy

Mission Donation Policy:

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON CLOTHING DONATIONS: We are currently overwhelmed with clothing donations!
Please be patient and hold ALL clothing donations until after March 1. Thank you for your support and understanding.

FOOD DONATIONS: We are experiencing more needy families in our community. In addition to that, SNAP Emergency Food funds will be discontinued in February, creating more of a hardship on needy families.

Please consider holding a Mission Northeast food drive for the following:
canned corn; beans and rice; mac & cheese; dry pasta of any kind; cereal & oatmeal; peanut butter & jelly in plastic containers; canned tuna

ALSO NEEDED: toilet paper, soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes; laundry detergent

We need the following: towels, sheets, blankets, pots and pans, hygiene items, toilet paper, and these food items: canned tuna; 1 lb packages of pinto or great Northern beans; 1- 2pound packages of rice; pasta products; jelly in plastic containers; canned tomatoes (any style) and/or pasta sauce in plastic containers.

These are ONGOING needs and we appreciate your consideration of our requests.

Assistance programs require funding.  If you would like to make a monetary donation, please mail your check to P. O. Box 1207; New Caney, 77357-1207 or go to our website and click DONATE.  We do not receive mail at our physical location.
Thank you for your patience and support.  Happy New Year!  Mission Staff
